MODERN URBAN LIVING

This Multi-Family Apartment built in 1966 was in need of a major make over. The 27 dwelling units, lobby, surrounding landscape and courtyard were completely stripped, remodeled and refinished with modern aesthetic, materials and finishes. The exterior cement plaster and aluminum frame doors and windows were refurbished and refinished and the North West façade was remodeled with a modern appeal to address the pedestrian experience of the intersection of the corner lot. CRKW Studio provided full Architectural, Interiors, landscaping design, interior and exterior furnishings, artwork and model unit staging for a repeat client.
